  • YOU are responsible for keeping us informed of any changes to the following:<\/span><\/li>
    • Change of address, home, cell and\/or work phone numbers.<\/span><\/li>
    • New place of employment<\/span><\/li>
    • Updated Immunizations for your child\u2019s file.<\/span><\/li>
    • Other updated identification and emergency information<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • ANY Court Order pertaining to the release\/visitation of your child.<\/span><\/li>
    • \u00a0Children must be clean and dressed for the day when they arrive at our childcare home. Please dress your child for a fun day of play! We are here to have fun (and sometimes we get messy!) Clothing and shoes should be appropriate for outside play, such as climbing on play structures, playing in the snow outside, etc. (No Pajamas are permitted at the childcare,unless its an infant)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • All voucher parents are responsible for swiping your child\/ren in and out on a daily\/weekly\u00a0 basis or you will be responsible for the payment.<\/span><\/li>
      • *Drop off and Pick Up- <\/b>Parents please park on Ohio St or on the side of the house off William St. Always come to the front door to pick up your child. Please be careful when parking on Ohio St, we are located on a busy street.<\/span><\/li>
      • *Respect the Rules in Your Handbook- <\/b>Read your handbook thoroughly and respect and take seriously the contents. Ask if unsure of a policy. Communicate! Pay on Time. Drop off and pick up on time.
