Meet Our Teacher

Beverly Davis
Bev is a Lead provider at H&H and has worked for us over ten years. She is a loving mother of two children and has nine grandchildren. She’s been working in childcare for over 25 years. She is Nationally Accredited in Indiana with the CDA committee. When asked what her beliefs were she replied “Children are the future and it takes a village to raise them”
Sick Leave Policy
In the event that I Khalilah & Beverly Davis become seriously ill and
cannot provide childcare for a length of time, there will be no payments due
until I return and am capable of taking care of children. If your child(ren)
should become seriously ill, where they are not able to attend childcare,
arrangements will be made to accommodate your situation.
Hearts & Hands has substitute staff should your child’s main provider
becomes ill. However, if for any reason, the substitute staff is not available
you will receive a call the night before. If your child’s provider is unable to
supervise the children for any reason due to an emergency, substitute staff
will be reached, if not you will have to find accommodations.
